Okay, folks, this is the part we hate to have to do. This website along with our wonderful Ventrilo costs money. A couple of us have picked up the cost of it just cause we're nice guys, but it'd be great for some help.
It's not a huge cost overall, but it'd be nice to be able to share the burden and the rewards. If you have a five dollar bill crumpled up in a back jeans pocket, here's a good cause for it. We take cash, check, paypal, etc. Just email me how you'd like to send it and I'll let you know how. If you want your contribution posted, let me know that whether by your toon name or anonymous and we can all see how far we are to the goal. I know this site costs $130 a year, but I'm unsure about the Vent cost, I think it's close to $9.00/month. I want to make sure no one profits from this, but just covers the actual costs.

The Blades of the Light is an old guild reforming with returning founders. In the early days of Molten Core and Blackwing Lair, small guilds that focused on friendship simply couldn't attain end game content. So we went our separate ways with the dreams of epic loots and fun guilds elsewhere.
As with most things in life, some of us have come full circle. We found drama, DKP and endless bullshit in our journeys. But luckily for us, the World of Warcraft has changed. Now there is much content to be enjoyed by smaller guilds. Much fun to be had by people in search of not only purple items, but fun folks to share the adventure and victory with.
We may grow large or stay on the small side. But either way, the focus will be on the people - not the pursuit of gear at any cost. It is our intention to be a casual raiding guild.
This is also a bit more of what we are about.....
Play your class the way you want. This is a game, so have fun your way.
Play when you want. There will never be a requirement to raid or do runs.
We are adults and seek the company of the same. So, while the chat can get racey, any discrimnation or hate will not be tolerated. But bring a sense of humor; we make fun of everything and everybody, starting with ourselves.
No DKP or officer distribution.. Loot will be handed out by paticipation in the run that is going on. Long story short, you're on the run and something drops that you need. You roll for it. If you win, you pass on the next item so your guildmates get lovin' too.
No Drama....Even if your momma is in the guild. Leave it offline and have a good time online.
Last and most important.... The Blades are a family! We treasure helping each other both on runs and with items and anything else you might need. Our focus is helping each other climb the ladder, not the pursuit of the all mighty gold piece.

Changing the large voting content type to display percentage bars indicating what percentage of overall votes each choice has gotten. It will appear after you've cast a vote, and directly in the voting polls content type (no longer requiring that you click a link).

Adding drag-and-drop functionality to the content management page in the Control Panel, which allows you to reorder and move content on your guild pages around without having to think about the old sort order thing.
